An Interior Designer primarily focuses on aesthetics. As a registered Architect and Authorized Persons (AP), Artful Build provides comprehensive design and build services. We are legally qualified to sign off on structural changes, handle Building Department (BD) submissions, and ensure your luxury renovation doesn’t result in unauthorized building works (UBW).
Alterations and additions (A&A works) refer to structural modifications, such as removing a structural wall or relocating internal staircases. If you are redesigning a high-end property, an A&A submission to the BD is legally required. We manage the entire interior design & build process, ensuring your spatial restructuring is 100% compliant and safe.
The MBIS process involves a Preliminary Inspection by a Registered Inspector (RI), followed by detailed investigation and repair works. For older luxury estates, this often includes concrete repair and 建築外牆設計 (Exterior Wall Design) upgrades. We manage the entire lifecycle from BD notification to the final certificate of completion, turning a mandatory repair into an asset value upgrade.
